Care for Our Products
How long can our items be kept for?
Our products are best eaten fresh to ensure maximum quality. We strongly recommend eating our products on the day of delivery as they were baked on the day itself and contain fresh ingredients such as dairy, egg and fruit.
Do our items need to be refrigerated?
Yes, our cakes and tarts are best enjoyed chilled! It is recommended to keep cakes and tarts refrigerated as they contain fresh ingredients such as dairy which need to be kept within 0-4ºC. Singapore’s heat and humidity are our enemies. For maximum shelf life, please do not leave the products outside for more than 1 hour and DO NOT leave cakes and tarts in a hot car. Cookies and chocolate need not be refrigerated but must be stored in a cool dry environment.
Will we provide candles and knives?
Candles and knives will be provided upon request.
Can I customize my item?
You may request for special wordings such as “Happy birthday Sarah!” Please write to us if you have other special request such as a special size if you require a bigger cake, or reasons due to dietary requirements.
Are our items halal certified?
No, we are not halal certified. Some of our products contain alcohol and/or pork gelatin.
What allergies and dietary requirements will I need to consider?
Our products contain gluten, nuts, dairy and alcohol. Please write to us regarding any dietary requirements before placing an order and we will gladly advice you on this matter.
Ordering and Payment
How can I order from Pâtisserie CLÉ?
All orders will have to be placed through www.patisserie-cle.com.
Are our prices inclusive of GST?
We do not charge GST for our products.
How can I pay?
All payment has to be made upon ordering. We accept credit/debit card payments through VISA, or PayLAH and PayNow.
Can I pay upon delivery?
Payment will have to be made upon ordering.
Orders will only be confirmed once payment has been made to us.
Delivery and Collection
Do you deliver to all parts of Singapore?
A flat fee of $15 will be charged for delivery around Singapore, limited to certain areas.
We do not deliver to:
- Kusu island
- Pulau ubin
- Alps avenue
- Pulau Damar Laut
- Brani terminal avenue
- Pulau Busing
- St John’s island
- Pulau tekong
- Seletar Aerospace
- Airport Cargo Road
- Airline Road

How far in advance do I have to place my order?
Orders will have to be made 48 hours in advance. However, please write to us if you require an urgent delivery and we will try our best to assist you.
Refunds and Cancellations
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Will I be able to get a refund upon cancellation of my order?
No refunds and cancellations are allowed once payment has been processed and completed. Only amendments to collection and delivery time, wordings on cakes and request of candles are allowed with a minimum of 3 days lead time.
Can I postpone/push forward my order?
Any changes in delivery time and date will have to be made at least 48 hrs in advance. However, please write to us if you have an urgent request and we will try our best to assist you.
