Delicately laminated with buttery layers and finished with a crisp caramelised crust.

Ham & Cheese Croissant
Flaky butter croissant filled with turkey ham and melted emmental cheese, topped with wholegrain mustard and gherkins, baked until golden.

Summer Vegetable Quiche
A buttery pastry crust filled with roasted mushrooms, spinach, cherry tomatoes, and roasted bell peppers in a rich savoury custard.

Almond Croissant
Our classic butter croissant generously filled with almond cream, twice baked, and finished with toasted almonds and a light dusting of icing sugar.

Pain au Chocolat
Light, crisp laminated pastry wrapped around rich dark chocolate for a timeless French classic.

Care and storage

CROISSANTS, PAIN AU CHOCOLAT, KOUIGN AMANN

Best eaten on the day they're baked. Store at room temperature - the cold from a fridge makes laminated pastry go soft and lose its layers. If you have leftovers, pop them in the fridge overnight and warm them up the next day.

QUICHE

Keep refrigerated if you're not eating it within a couple of hours. Best finished on the day of collection or delivery.

A NOTE ON FRESHNESS

Everything is baked fresh that morning, so it's at its best the day it arrives. We'd always recommend eating on the day where you can.
Allergens

This box contains gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts (almonds). The Almond Croissant contains almond cream filling. Please inform us of any severe allergies at the time of ordering.
Delivery and ordering

Delivery and pickup

  • Delivery fee: $15 per location. Free for orders above $150.
  • Self-collection: 415 River Valley Rd, Singapore 248314. Mon-Fri 8am-7:30pm, Sat-Sun 8am-5:30pm.
  • Same-day orders: Not available online. WhatsApp +65 81273925 for urgent requests.

Ordering

  • Advance notice: Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
  • GST: No. Patisserie CLE is not a GST-registered company.
  • Amendments: Changes to orders require a minimum of 3 days lead time. Refunds and cancellations are not allowed once payment has been processed.
