Ordering

Can I order for the same day?

Our online booking system does not allow you to order for the same day. Should you require an item urgently, do Whatsapp us at 81273925 and we will try our best to help!

How early in advance should I place my order?

Orders need to be placed 48 hours in advance. If you are unable to select your desired date at check out, do WhatsApp us and we will try our best to fit in your order.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too!
Amendments to collection and delivery time, wordings on cakes and request of candles are allowed with a minimum of 3 days lead time. This gives our chefs ample time to make any changes. Refunds and cancellations are not allowed once payment has been processed and completed.

Help! I can't select my desired date at check out!

If you are unable to select your date at check out, Whatsapp +65 81273925 with your request and we will do our best to help.

Is there GST on your prices?

No, we are not a GST registered company.

I'm ordering for a friend. Can I leave a message?

Sure! Leave your message under Notes when you check out.

Care for your products

How long can your items be kept for?

Our products are best eaten fresh to ensure maximum quality. We strongly recommend eating our products on the day of delivery as they were baked on the day itself and contain fresh ingredients such as dairy, egg and fruit. 

Does my item need to be refrigerated?

Yes, our cakes and tarts are best enjoyed chilled! It is recommended to keep cakes and tarts refrigerated as they contain fresh ingredients such as dairy which need to be kept within 0-4ºC. For maximum shelf life, please do not leave the products outside for more than 2 hour and DO NOT leave cakes and tarts in a hot car.
For breads and croissants, do refrigerate them and heat them up the next day.

Delivery and store pick ups

How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery is $15 per location. There will be free delivery to one location for orders above $130.

Am i able to choose a time slot for my delivery?

Unfortunately, we are unable to support time slot requests at the moment. Should you require your items delivered by a specific time, we will advice you to opt for a self pick up instead. You will then be able to book your own courier at your desired timing. Alternatively, Whatsapp us at +65 81273925 and we will do our best to assist you.

Do you deliver to all parts of Singapore?

What will happen if I am not around to receive the delivery?

Our talented team of drivers will do our best to deliver the item to you. However, some locations such as condos and office buildings may have strict security rules preventing our drivers from heading up to your unit. Should you be uncontactable during delivery, we may need to fail the delivery.

For failed deliveries, an additional delivery charge of $15 will be applied.
