Fig Solliès Tart

The long awaited Fig Solliés season is back!

A crisp, buttery tart filled and topped generously with fresh Figues de Solliès and raspberries. Flown in from France, these prized seasonal figs are naturally sweet and jammy, and available for only a few short weeks each year.

Available from 21 August until the fig season ends, estimated mid-September.

About the produce
Fig Solliès are grown in the French region of Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur, department of var. These figs are plump and juicy, and pairs wonderfully with red fruits and vanilla.
