A contemporary interpretation of the traditional mooncake, our French Entremet Mooncakes combine refined French pastry techniques with flavours inspired by Mid-Autumn.

Unlike traditional baked mooncakes, these handcrafted desserts are made with layers of delicate mousses, crémeux, confits and sponge, creating a light, elegant dessert that's best enjoyed chilled. Each entremet is finished in a mooncake-inspired design, bringing together the artistry of French pâtisserie with the traditions of the season.
