Ordering and Delivery Guide
Every tart is handcrafted to order. Please review the details below before finalising your order to ensure everything goes smoothly on the big day.
Storage
- Keep refrigerated between 0°C and 4°C at all times.
- Do not leave the tart outside the fridge for more than 2 hours.
- Never leave it in a warm vehicle.
- We highly recommend enjoying it on the day of delivery.
Delivery Options
- Available for self-collection at our studio or island-wide delivery.
- Standard delivery: $15 per location, arriving within the 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM slot.
- Special zones (Tuas, Changi Airport, MBS): $30 per location.
- Specific time requests: subject to availability and a surcharge of $15 to $20. Please WhatsApp us to arrange.
- We do not deliver to offshore islands or restricted areas such as Kusu Island or Pulau Ubin.
Changes and Cancellations
- Adjustments to delivery timing or candle requests require a minimum of 3 days' notice.
- Refunds and cancellations are not permitted once payment has been completed.
- Patisserie CLE is not a GST-registered company.
- Because we use real whole fruits, minor variations in colour, fruit placement, and final decoration may occur relative to website photos.
We also carry a full range of handcrafted tarts, alongside our cakes and freshly baked croissants. Every item is made from scratch and delivered straight from our studio.
Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance. Our online booking system cannot process same-day orders, but if you need an item urgently, please WhatsApp us at +65 8127 3925 and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I add a personalised message or gift note?
Yes. You can include a gift message under the "Notes" section at checkout. Please note that for this specific item, the complimentary Father's Day cake tag is fixed and we are unable to customise the text printed on it.
How long is this tart available?
The Dark Chocolate, Cherry and Pear Tart is a Father's Day exclusive, available from 1 to 30 June only. Once the season ends, it will be taken off the menu until next year. If you are planning ahead, we recommend placing your order early to secure your preferred delivery slot.
